I’m not entirely sure what I’m doing with booking tickets for this weekend.
On their website, TPE have a standard timetables up to July and then from October (neither of which are made clear in the timetable titles) <TPE timetable> yet no August - September engineering timetable. The engineering works page on TPE’s site gives closures at Huddersfield with trains diverting via the Calder Valley <TPE engineering works> but on the TRU it lists closures for the following weekend <TRU closures>.

I need to book tickets through Agiito, normally it would be ideal to travel to Piccadilly (walking to Pride from Victoria will be too much for me) yet all the booked times in the timetable are giving me options to Piccadilly, even though TPE’s site is showing trains aren’t calling at Huddersfield and there’s no through service to Piccadilly from east of the Pennines. Realtime Trains confirms TPE’s site details as being correct but the inconsistencies make me unsure.
I thin that I’m best placed to book either a Northern or TPE service to Victoria (continuing to Lime Street in the latter) but I’m not certain what I do?

Finally, it appears I’m able to book a raft of trains through TPE’s own site, again, with calling points and services I know won’t run.
Is this just an oddity? Or a matter of 0 planning for what will be a busy Pride weekend?
TRU osuresmmmmmm
