I've noticed that Greater Anglia and ScotRail (both Abellio TOCs) now use an outsourced website for dealing with Delay Repay claims (Greater Anglia: https://greateranglia.delayrepaycompensation.com/)
At the bottom of the form, there's a link to the company providing the service, Travel Compensation Services (http://www.travelcompensationservices.com/):
TCS also develop Delay Repay Sniper (http://www.delayrepaysniper.com/about-us.cfm) which is aimed at commuters:
I find it interesting that the same company provides delay repay services for both TOCs and commuters. Is there a conflict of interest in providing both services? I have never used Delay Repay Sniper, so I don't know if it encourages users to claim for any delay possible from their ticket. I find that the new online claim form for Greater Anglia is incredibly tedious to fill in (especially if you're travelling in a small group with single/return tickets as you have to fill in all the ticket details separately, including ticket numbers and reference numbers, and if you're not using a season ticket you have to deface or cut the ticket in half before you photo or scan it in!), so, cynically, maybe they're hoping for more subscribers to Delay Repay Sniper by making the official process harder?
