Just for fun really!

Today we have a 1005 Hereford to Haverfordwest (2 February). In Welsh even better as its from Henffordd to Hwlffordd!

I guess there will be many examples. Manchester to Milford Haven is another of course, also Cardiff Queen Street to Cardiff Bay.

What others are there where a trains origin and destination start with the same letters?

On summer Saturdays there's Pembroke Dock to Paddington.

On departure boards you can see St Pancras (Int'l) to Sandwich, but it actually continues to Ramsgate, albeit with much faster services getting there quicker.

On the Wirral there's all the loop trains - Ellesmere Port to Ellesmere Port, Chester to Chester, New Brighton to New Brighton and West Kirkby to West Kirkby.

North London or Mildmay line
Stratford to South Acton (well, most days at least, the other 1% of the time it’s to Richmond)

A few others:

Bletchley to Bedford
Euston to Edinburgh
Glasgow to Gourrock
Waterloo to Weybridge
Stockport to Stalybridge

On the Wirral there's all the loop trains - Ellesmere Port to Ellesmere Port, Chester to Chester, New Brighton to New Brighton and West Kirkby to West Kirkby.
That’s a bit of a cheat, really, but if we’re allowing it then Waterloo to Waterloo and Cannon Street to Cannon Street also count.

I can think of all of the following current services:

Aldershot to Ascot
Ascot to Aldershot
Barnham to Bognor Regis
Bedford to Brighton
Bognor Regis to Barnham
Bognor Regis to Brighton
Brighton to Bedford
Brighton to Bognor Regis
Littlehampton to London Bridge
Littlehampton to London Victoria
London Bridge to Littlehampton
London Victoria to Littlehampton
Reading to Redhill
Redhill to Reading

There must be hundreds of other examples out there.

Manchester Piccadilly to Manchester Piccadilly (Hadfield and Glossop) if we are allowing circular type trains.

Nottingham to Norwich since some of the services on the Liverpool to Norwich route start at Nottingham.

Back in the day - 40 years ago with brand new class 150 units - Holyhead to Hull.

While not as far and I think one of 1987 - 1989 Buxton - Blackpool North.
I'm happy to be corrected if wrong but don't recall changing at Stockport and 99% not at Manchester as seated while the train became a ' sardine special '.

Buxton to Blackpool was running all through my regular times travelling Manchester to Preston in the early 2000s

From memory there was

Airport to Blackpool North
Airport TPE (usually South Lakes)
Buxton to Blackpool North

Roughly every 20 minutes. The Buxton to Blackpool was around 35 minutes past from Oxford Road and had the most stops.

How about this classic sequence of stations?
Walton on Thames
Weybridge
West Weybridge
West Byfleet
Woking
Worplesdon?
(until 1962, when the spoilsports at Waterloo changed WW to Byfleet and New Haw).

There's Llandeilo to Llandovery which is 4 consecutive

Yes, but they are not a full service start and finish as the OP requested.

I can think of all of the following current services:
(snip)
Reading to Redhill
Redhill to Reading
Which neatly go between RDG and RDH. However the current timetable doesn't have services that terminate or originate at Redhill, though they do reverse there.

Back in the day there was Manchester Airport to Middlesbrough.

On the LU Piccadilly Line it's possible to ride from Hounslow East to Hounslow East, calling at 8 successive stations beginning with H... though that is a bit of a cheat using the Heathrow loop!

Pointing to successive stations in Wales all starting Ll... is surely cheating!
