UK steam tour timings...

Good afternoon all. I'm new here.
After a wonderful tour from Bletchley up to York and back again yesterday I'm wondering where to find timings of any steam train movements in the future.
There where quite a few people at the trackside watching and filming and I wonder where they got their info, especially as the tour swopped from steam up, diesel down to diesel up, steam down at fairly short notice.
Any pointers or links would be helpful. I used to use Rail Advent but they seem to be charging for that now.

Realtime trains is one way, cross-referenced against advertised itineraries to identify steam vs other charters.

UK Railtour info is where I generally look. You can scroll down through the months and if the timings are out there’s usually a link to the above mentioned RTT:
