Unwanted tickets

Not sure what the protocol is but my daughter has two
tickets from London to a northern town (it shall stay nameless
until I get further info) for next weekend, but due to unforeseen
circumstances, cannot use.

Will she able to recoup the money via the original source, or via some other method?

What kind of tickets are they, eg Advance, Anytime, Off Peak, Super Off Peak?

Does your daughter potentially have the need to make the same journey on a different date?

There may be a £10 admin fee to refund/exchange the tickets for another date. But it all depends on what ticket it is as said in the previous post.
