Use of Paddington First class lounge on arrival?

I am travelling first class Cardiff to Paddington tomorrow. Can I access the Paddington first class lounge after arrival or is it only for departing passéngers?

As per the GWR website you can use it for up to an hour after arrival:

you can use our lounges up to 2 hours before your outward journey, and up to 1 hour after you arrive
