Congratulations! I was at the assessment day last Thursday (AM), and haven't heard anything yet....
Some of the benefits include:
Final salary pension scheme.
Free Travel on Virgin Trains East Coast services - for you and your dependents. 75% discount on all other Train Operating Companies leisure services.
50% discount on tickets purchased for friends and family.
Salary sacrifice child care vouchers.
Access to Virgin Tribe
Virgin Tribe is basically excellent discounts on a wide range of experience days, hotels, flights etc. Which you get from day 1!

Not too impressed with Virgin tribe discounts.
Other half works at the airline, and we've always found offers to general public that are much cheaper than anything offered by tribe.
Call me a cynic, but tribe is more about imposing brand loyalty rather than giving you best choice.

This is very good but it is (understandably) subject to limits; someone who has a lot of friends & family who do a lot of journeys might reach the limit. I believe it's only on Advance fares and both origin & destination have to be served by VTEC (so you can't get, for example, Poppleton to London, but you can get Keighley to Inverness).

I know back in SWT days, we used to get 5 boxes on VTEC. So, unless it's changed or I'm mistaken, I would imagine that VTEC employees would get boxes on EMT.
