VTEC Talent pool

does anyone know if there is only a certain amount of time that you can be in the talent pool for virgin east coast? (Train manager). I know for EMT you can only be in the pool for a year and then have to reapply. Thanks

Every Toc handles it differently. Not sure on the actual time scale in numbers but you’re certainly not in the pool indefinitely...... there is a figure.
