I recommend Altberg Boots. The factory shop is in Richmond in North Yorkshire but there are stockists across the UK. Most of the boots come in 5 different width fittings. Once you have had your feet measured Using the Altberg gauge and know the size you need you can then safely order other boots online that use the same last.
Altberg also provide a resolving service.
I have never had blisters or wet feet using my Altberg Boots. My Meindl boots are lighter but always seem to get blisters and or wet feet when wearing those!

there are several different styles available from light walking shoes to full mountain boots. They make the normal issue boots used by the UK army.
