WCML problems

Signals havew gone pop at rugby all wcml services in trouble 2x
northbound 390 sat in mkc one sat in bletchley with another visable to south
southbound services also delyaed

And a colleague was only saying how fantastic things where today as he caught the 08.20 Warrington BQ-Euston & made the 10.30 ex-Liverpool St with time to spare. He's jinxed it.
