What are the plans for Kempston Hardwick?

Can someone clarify something for me. Is Kempston Hardwick also going to be converted into a station serving the park alongside Wixams?

Some documentation mentions this but it doesn't seem particularly clear.

I think it'll be Stewartby for the park, EWR propose a 3 platform affair there with a Cambridge facing bay. What happens to KH will depend on which service/ stations option they take for EWR as a whole, one option will see it closed completely.

Kempston Hardwick and stewartby closing. A new station called Stewartby Universal will be built between the current 2 stations.

From a skim of EWR Nov 2024 consultation documents. It appears that Stewartby is going to have to be relocated under all scenarios, with or without Universal, in order to provide the three required platforms for East West Rail.

But with Universal now in the offing, I would expect as above that - even if the option for ”retain Marston Vale stations” is taken up - Kempston Hardwick will be closed and replaced by Stewartby Universal.

Is there any indication of when EWRco will provide feedback from the consultation period which closed Jan 2025? I will be interested to see how EWR can balance the local area needs in conjunction with the Universal interest.
