Hi All,

My Preston to Birmingham New Street 13:17 Service was delayed by 1 hour 30 mins on 16/09/2012. As a result of that I missed my 15:10 Birmingham New Street to Watford Junction. Is there any way I can Claim for Compensation?

Thanks in Advance

Yes, you can.

www.virgintrains.co.uk/assets/pdf/global/passengers-charter.pdf

"...If a delay to a Virgin train causes an hour or more delay to your journey (45 minutes in the case of a train on the London - Birmingham/Wolverhampton services) we will reimburse you with National Rail vouchers equal to 25% of the total fare paid for the affected portion (outward/return) of the journey...."
