What new features could be added to the Passenger Assistance rail app to make it better?

given that it’s been well established that higher-ups in the rail industry read this forum, I thought I’d try something.
to be honest, I quite like the Passenger Assistance app as it is, it’s uncluttered layout and easy to navigate interface makes it quite a useful tool for journey planning as well but if there were a few additional features I could add, they would be these:
information about what platforms trains will be departing from, like every other rail planner and this should be as real time as possible.
some way to communicate with staff while en route, I don’t think this would be too challenging because Avanti has their travel companion system and xc has their Facebook messenger chat so these could be integrated into the app.
And a way to share your location with staff, modern smart phones are pretty precise these days and it could be something that you could enable so not every passenger would have to if they don’t feel comfortable with it but the amount of times staff have been looking for me at the wrong end of the train or in a completely different carriage to where I’m sitting is just baffling.

Is there anything I’ve missed?

Would you believe that in many TOCs staff are not obliged to use the staff app?

Grades which have not received technology payments, or have not otherwise had it agreed to be within the scope of their role, would not be obligated to use the app. Some staff will use the app anyway (because it makes life easier) but managers cannot enforce it.

The app is well produced and in our experience works well.
The one very slight irritation / quirk is that it assumes that you need assistance at both ends of the journey - We are frequently met by family at our destination and I enter that in free text, saying we only need assitance at one end. There perhaps ought to be buttons to select departure / arrival / both - with the default being both ends of the journey.
