Where can I check occupancy rates for ScotRail services?

For me, a quieter train makes the journey more enjoyable. A couple weeks ago I discovered Recent Train Times which seems very useful to me. Is there a similar website to show historic occupancy rates? For example: "service X typically has 60% empty seats during these times".

The closest I've found is this report from Transport Scotland. But it's quite dated now (published in March 2017) and it only shows the top 10 busiest trains.

I think those statistics came from manual surveys because I asked some questions about them at the time. What surprised me is that capacity and hence overcrowding is based on seated and standing passengers and the latter can be over 50% of the seated capacity for some trains.
