I want to catch the 205 from Paddington to Euston. When I get off the train at Paddington, which way do I go to catch the bus and where exactly is the bus stop? Thanks

I find the TFL bus "spider" maps best for working out London bus routes and stop locations. Search for Paddington here and view the map: https://tfl.gov.uk/maps_/bus-spider-maps

It's an easy one though. Exit the station at the front, go left along the main road outside towards the hospital and the bus stop is there.

That whole side of the station is blocked off to build Crossrail. Stop H, not far from the top of the ramp, is the one I am referring to.

My suggestion is, stop L, looks like it's quieter stop in terms of passengers & routes, as only the 205 serves stop L, stop H is busy for passengers & more routes stop there, main reason i went to stop E when that was open

Just a thought from my personal observations: I find the 205 is a bit hit and miss lately. Waited ages for one the other day. But the 27 goes near Euston too, and turns left into Hampstead Road, there's a stop immediately as it pulls in. Much more frequent too.

If you specifically want to avoid crowds, that makes sense (to the extent that there are crowds at present). If you don't, it's a heck of a long walk for little benefit as there is no longer an exit from the station on that side.

It's not that far of a walk about 0.20 of a mile, when i was in in London & going from eastbound from Paddington i used to go to the old stop on Eastbourne Terrace rather than stop H

This discussion all very interesting though I'm not sure how much it's helping Gray1404 now. I'll be pleased to hear how it works out.

I was in Praed St this morning - the road is not closed but stop H has been moved slightly further along Praed St but not by much.
