A friend of mine has applied for the Senior Conductor roles currently advertised with West Midlands Trains, and has been invited to an assessment centre.
As standard they send through the practice material for tests, which involves the SCAAT "search for the target letter" test example.
My question is, at the assessment centre, will the SCAAT actually the be the bourdon dot test as opposed to the practice letters they send?
Also any other info on the assessment from people who have recently sat would be great....

Can’t speak for WMT but at the assesment for my TOC, the sent the practice materials for SCAAT and it was the Group Bourdon test on the day.

I practiced on the SCAAT and actually found the GB much easier on the day.
