Afternoon all,
I've been successful in applying to be a Trainee Senior Conductor for West Midlands Trains, and begin training next month
I was just after a bit more information in regards to the shift pattern you will be working once training has been completed, just so I've got an idea of what it will look like - am I right in thinking it's 2 days off every set? I'm unsure what the working hours in a day are, if they stay the same or some days you might do 8 hours, then another day 10 hours etc.
I've worked shifts previously 9/10 years, however have had a 9-5 job for the last 2 years.
