This company has many Park Home sites across the UK. As all residents (mostly elderly) would confirm they spend no money whatsoever in maintaining their sites with holes in roads, no lighting in whole sections of their parks, dodgy electric systems, dangerous trees, leaking water pipes as well as placing homes on sites with no planning permission
Various councils have refused to give them site licenses because their director David Sunderland is deemed not to be "a fit and proper person" to run the sites.
Looking on Google there have been numerous disputes and court cases involving this company over the years and somehow they are allowed to keep operating. Also the BBC Panorama programme did a very good expose of the companies activities
The main man "Gypsy King" Alfie Best, so loved by the main stream media seems to have left the company having made his millions and has been replaced as director by his daughter.
Does anyone else on here experienced the "Living your Dream" as quoted in the Wyldecrest publicity.

This lot have made regular appearances in Private Eye’s In The Back investigative section in recent years: they are in the current one (1638). I won’t say any more than that I would never go near them after all that I have read.

The problem with these companies is old people see the park home life as easier and a good way to downsize, plus there is not young people there to disturb the peace. Bit like the retirement flats where you pay shed loads in fees per month.
Of course once you've duped some people into buying them then you are sorted, the people who have brought them can't easily sell them and have no money now to move back into a proper home so have no choice but to put up with it and continue paying the monthly fees.
