Im not sure of the exact hypothetical question, as im not sure what might happen yet, I was just trying to get a feel at what solutions could occur if the weather continues as it is at present. Ive just watched something on BBC news, with buildings with roofs missing, trees fallen over, closed stations, and a rather impressive amount of flex on the fourth road bridge
