During my whimsical West Coastway wanders, I have found a few bracket mounted semaphore signals still in use.
I'd love to see your pictures, of bracket semaphore signals in use around the rail network.

Examples: Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, Marchwood (former Fawley branch). One is a "pure SR" bracket and dolls. Others are SR + BR "hybrids" and one Marchwood bracket is "all-BR".
I believe semaphore brackets are in use at Hastings station?
On a recent drive to Abergavenny, I saw a BR era tubular post bracket; I couldn't see if its arms are upper or lower quadrant.

I suspect, as a fellow signalling enthusiast, this is rather a 'niche subject' for most of our Forum colleagues. There are rather fewer semaphores around the network these days as well, let alone those on brackets!
This one at Knaresborough is still in use, to the best of my knowledge:

You may find the Geograph website can supply other examples?

Just found this one on the same line at Cattal station:

Marvellous stuff, @John Webb many thanks.

A few months ago, I looked back through my 35mm photos of the 1980s and 1990s. Many semaphores amongst those images - south Wales, Scarborough, Leicester, Ely, Banbury, Hereford, Princes Risborough, Droitwich Spa, Lostwithiel to name but a few.
I suspect all have now gone; so I was pleased to find a few examples on the West Coastway during the past year or so.

Yes, Lostwithiel (and Par) bracket signals have gone, but St. Erth Up Starter (with bracket for St.Ives) is still extant. Not a bracket, but the Liskeard Up Starter with rare centre-pivot is still going strong - it is 'bracketed' out from the station canopy.

I know little of South Wales.
Scarborough: Converted some while back, the large gantry now resides in modified form at Grosmont on the North York Moors line.
Banbury - all gone.
Hereford and Worcester still mainly semaphore signalling, as is Shrewsbury.
Princess Risborough: All gone on NR, but Chinor and PR Railway now bringing their area and the North Box back into use.
Droitwich: Still had semaphores 2 years ago.

Two brackets remain at Yeovil Pen Mill. The WR lower quadrants were replaced with some rather ugly upper quadrant things with finials attached. At least they’re not colour light.

And Droitwich still has those semaphores today
