Out of interest, is that from when you start with the company after moving over from another TOC/FOC or is there a reduction whilst undertaking Traction and Route Learning?

All qualified drivers start on the top line of £58K.

I start there in a few months and my contract says I start on the 58k immediately.

Anybody know what they would settle for in the pay dispute.

Im pretty sure no one knows the answer to this at any toc.

Unions haven’t released a settlement figure and each driver has their individual view on it.
