Seems there is no risk of a public enquiry, they're not interested. It seems lack of buses is a valid excuse not to operate the services you have registered, like it or lump it. Do bus operators still get some form of funding for the number of services registered? Maybe this would be effected...

Diamond finish on the 9/9a in Derby in October. Have heard this will be run by Derbyshire community transport. The free service around Spondon that they (DCT) operate is expected to finish at the same time. Remains to be seen if two routes will be somewhat merged.
