How far in advance are railtours announced?

i have been looking for railtours around my area in the Scottish highlands and have found what I’m pretty sure is every Railtour coming to the highlands this year.
there have already been 3 with 3 more I know of which is the northern belle, and 2 midland Pullman trips still to come.
Does anyone know if there could still be more announced and how far in advance they will be announced?
