Good luck getting feedback of Northern Rail mate. They did eventually e mail me back once and said due to the very high volume of applicants they choose people who fit every criteria which didn't really help me as it was a Train Presentation Operative Job I applied for (Train Cleaner), a job for which I have already done as well as Customer experience and having PTS so im none the wiser for what they want, hence a thread I have on the forum saying its not always what you know but who you know.

I got through earlier, left a message with someone not on the recruitment team. I was then contacted by a very helpful lady who answered my questions...thanks again to Darryl for the number

no problem at all. did her name begin with an L, and was she scottish? as if so i have dealt with her a few times and she has been extremely helpful in answering my queries.
