Presume 62238 is the other?
40582/83 appear to have been withdrawn as well.

Three more days of FHD in Yeovil and four Weymouth B7RLEs there on loan. It will be interesting to see what FSW can spare to replace them.

Do they really need spares? I thought the darts and solos were enough to cover all of Yeovils work, with the B7s just as use as float vehicles to cover what is away.

Without them four services would not run.
There are no such things as "spare vehicles" here, only either have just enough to operate the service,or quite frequently not enough to operate the service.

Currently the only Darts in service are 42950/51, others in Weymouth together with 53111.

Ah that makes sense. So basically the darts will return and the B7s will head back to Weymouth. im sure FSW told us that it was only Darts and solos moving over.

I used the wrong term as spare vehicles - more like float vehicles.

More like cover than float! What ever is cascaded to Yeovil, for what ever reason, always ends up as unreliable. They've got their work cut out to get a reliable stand alone fleet, but I'm sure Taunton can fix the Darts!

Now being reported by Simon Nicholas that plans have changed and the Dorset B7RLEs are headed north rather than the land of leeks, coal and Chris Coleman!

Marshall Dart 41383 seen at Camborne today with a defect sticker on he windscreen which suggests it is to leave the fleet.

It has recently been in use as a staff bus at Helston.

41490 has also been parked up in Camborne for a while but was not seen today.

The vehicle used in first kernow Facebook page is numbered 33481, however a bus numbered 33481 is already in service at Leeds, also a 66 plate in dark blue livery.
Is the publicity shot not wearing the correct number? Or would there be a reason for duplicating a fleet number

Is the fleet number you saw carried externally or internally? None of the first batch of ten had external fleet numbers applied until they were in Cornwall, in any case the number series for the latest batch for Kernow should be 33450 - 33469.

Away from the 14/18 I saw them running duplicates in Falmouth yesterday. Both vehicles being deckers, assumingly the duplicate was on the U1 as it was following a U1 just saying duplicate on the display. The main vehicle was a MMC the dupe a 12 plate E400.
Both looked full and standing downstairs

Driving out of Penzance along Chyandour Cliff at 12.45 today, trying to keep my eyes on the road and not on the stunning rainbow above it, I thought I was dreaming when I saw an Olympian coming towards me on the 18. Reg L311 something was its what I caught, which I'm sure many of you will be able to fully identify. I've had a feeling this last month that I'd see an Olympian in service again, but it was still a bit of a shock.

You saw 34311 (L311 PWR) the last Olympian operating in the fleet. It has been seen at Camborne a few days this week and is being mainly used on Truro College services, I'm surprised it got on the 18!

Shortage of serviceable service vehicles!

One noteable absence is that of route numbers

Whilst the fleet number shown appears to duplicate a bus already in service at Hunslet Park, Leeds! ADL rework required methinks.

Fine looking vehicles and the ADL build quality on these is in my experience better than on the original E400s.

It's nothing to do with ADL, or indeed First. It was a mistake by a third party contractor.
Is it really that big an issue?

And out comes a red one. 33481 to be precise, well done First Kernow - it really does look smart and I like the branding too!

The first two were due to be delivered to Penzance yesterday

Nobodies made it a big issue other than you, there's no need to respond again! . Baza585 has queried the fleet number and I've pointed him to your previous answer, to answer his question as he's clearly missed it to need to ask again. After all this is a discussion forum and with 1000s of posts things are going to be missed.
