Lydd Town it should be Ghost town :roll: I must get down there at that place for the summer flask.


Yeah I saw the 395 on the train between Sittingbourne and Faversham and again at ashford where I saw inside the train :razz:

Updated my site with a few shots from today featuring 73109 and 4-VEP 3417 at East Grinstead. The VEP is now owned by the Bluebell Railway and will be kept at East Grinstead, for the next couple of years, to publisise the Bluebell's extension northwards into EG.

Brilliant shots there Craig, This was my first railtour and what a bloody brilliant day it was and tangmere made the day for me 8-) :p

Will Book a tour again with Tangmere.

Is it true she is going out off service this year for an Overhaul?

Yeah I just looked on UK steam Info but her boiler is 2012 so if she has to come off mainline will she be based on a preseverd railway like the ELR? Like you say I hope they applied for an extention on her as she is the busiest mainline loco , which soon I think will be replaced by Tornado.
