We like to have options, so let's head to Doncaster, boarding the 18:17 TransPennine Express rail service to Doncaster, arriving there at 18:35 on Monday evening.
I'm glad someone know's what I'm trying to say. I never know which one's which!
We then take an 11 minute (0.5 mile) walk to the station, where we board the 17:08 Transpennine Express service 1B87 to Meadowhall, arriving at 18:01 Monday afternoon.
Here we change TOC and board the 1859 Cross Country service to Southampton Central that arrives at 2320 on Monday evening.
I'm not sure why we've both got different headcodes for the same trainWe walk the 0.2 miles to the Railway Station and join the 08:55 2H85 Scotrail service to Strathcarron arriving there at 10:46 on wednesday
Hold on, Andy's move was a duplicate post of mine on the same service, we're still at Kyle of Lochalsh at 11:30.We then board the 10:50 DMK Motors route 702 bus service to Shieldaig (Telephone Kiosk), arriving there at 11:35 on Wednesday morning.
Oo-er! The ferry doesn't depart until 07:55 in the morning, Chief!I'm going to assume that the 08:50 Macneil Coaches bus W32 connects with the ferry (otherwise what would be the point!), so we'll board it as far as Castlebay, at Post Office, where we arrive at 09:22 Thursday morning.
