West Coast Main Line stations to spot

Hi all,

Going to London tomorrow to do a bit of spotting. Just wondering where the best station is on the WCML? I've done Kensal Green before which I enjoyed, but I'm thinking maybe Harrow & Wealdstone?

Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

I always went to Bushey (zone 8 but not that much extra), few staff and a wide platform with a good view southbound and view round a corner northbound, you get most trains hacking through (except the VT Watford callers which are already braking) and you get to see the pendolini tilting round the corner.

I've done Watford Junction a couple of times and that isn't too bad

South Kenton is quite fun. I've spotted there a few times. There is the risk of getting bowled by DC Line stuff though.

I opted for Harrow & Wealdstone in the end. Have to say however it was difficult to spot some units as they were flying through non-stop.

I've done Watford Junction before and could go there again to be honest, it's just a bit extra as it's in its own travel zone.
