Thanks! They are clearly needing a lot of people. I’d say keep in touch with the recruitment team and will just be a matter of time. Good luck

Yeah fingers crossed, couldn’t think of anything worse if 6 months goes by and no joy! How many where at your final assessment?

Does anyone know if medicals are carried out in the city of where the depot is (i.e. Dundee or Aberdeen) or if they are all carried out in Glasgow?

Just wondering if I need to get another day off work if I hear back.

Hi guys I'm new here. Anyone could tell me what's happening on the 2nd part of assessment in Glasgow. I'm mean I've got an email what kind of test to expect, but I'm wondering about the details what is actually happening the day? Like how it's starts and what goes after what and how it ends. It gives you more confidence when you know. Since some of you already been through it and passed. it would be nice if you could share your experience with me. Congratulations btw with passing the assessment. Thank you in advance

It would take about 2 hours with a break in the middle . you can buy the practise tests from " how to become" for about £6 - £10. to download.
if you pass these tests. then you'll have manager's interview then if you pass the interview. you'll have those computer tests.

Bigdriver can I ask where you applied for? I applied on 23rd December and not heard anything so I'm now assuming I've been unsuccessful if you applied on 27th and have a date for assessment centre? Anyone else heard?

Guys please don't pay attention to time scales. I applied last July and wasn't contacted to attend an assement until the October. It's can be a very long process but have lots and lots of patience.

Hi

New to the forum, applied for the trainee driver post that closed on the 27th Dec. I submitted my application about a fortnight before that.
I didn’t get an email inviting me for assessment until last Sunday. 7th Feb is the big day!
