There's a lot of chat about the relative success of reopened lines, but which post-1980 reopened stations (on existing lines) have been the least successful?
My vote goes to Moss Side on the Blackpool South line, reopened in 1983 and provided with an hourly service. It only gets about 3k passengers each year.
I'd suggest it's worth considering more than just usage, though - things like cost, service provided, location, disruption to the existing railway etc.
