Just a few questions regarding pay. Do the company pay weekly or monthly? Do you get an enhanced rate for working Saturdays and Sundays? Do you get extra on ticket sales? Whats the average monthly take home?

Looking at this job advert it looks to be £29k basic after training. Pay will be 4 weekly (so 13 pay days a year). No enhancements for Saturdays! Not sure if Sunday is inside or outside the working week. East and West sides may have different ts and cs but I don’t work for them. https://northern.engageats.co.uk/VacanciesV2.aspx

The pay is 4 weekly.
sundays are outside of the working week on both sides. West get an enhanced rate on Sunday, not sure about East.
5% commission on ticket sales on west, not sure about east.
Not sure what the average take home is now back in 2013 I averaged £1700/£1800

Time +25% for Sundays on the East.
3% commission on ticket sales.
Depends how much overtime you do. Basic salary after tax and pension etc is around £1700 every 4 weeks, if you do a lot of rest day work you can bump that up.

On the basic salary (£29082) take home is £1801 every 4 weeks. Obviously this can change depending on pension/union contributions and overtime etc
