A very reliable source of mine has duly informed me that 57301 57303 57305 57310 57312 have duly moved this week from Rail Operations Group (ROG) at Derby to the DRS locomotive fleet pool and ownership at Crewe Gresty Lane, leaving ROG with only 6 class 37s.

That's an interesting move and certainly surprising from the outside.

My mistake - as @JonathanH points out, the 57/3s were on a sublease from DRS.

Is that just ROG giving up the sublease rather than DRS actually having a use for them? Only 57310 and 57312 are shown as actually having moved to Gresty Road. 57301 and 57305 are shown at Derby and 57303 at Basford Hall.

The latest TOPS lists posted on Gen groups shows all five locomotives in pool XHSO along with DRS's seven remaining 37s (37218/401/419/422/423/425/716) and 57002.

57304/307/308/309 remain in pool XHVT for 'Thunderbird' work.

Correct. Those five and 57306 with GWR are owned by Porterbrook and leased to DRS. DRS have then sub-leased them to GWR and ROG.
