There's been a class 321 in the siding next to platform 5 at colchester for over 2 weeks now
321330 was there on 09/12/22 not sure it's the same unit though that's been there all the time

still there tuesday 13/12/22 may be off lease?

No. It's not it's the ones that have been in store at Gasgoine Wood since June 2021. That Booths Rotherham have contracts for scrapping for.

Last time I checked wikipedia, it stated that 334 "Swift Rail" is in service!

Have some of those 30 Renatus units carried their last Greater Anglia passengers already?

It doesn't seem to me that there is a high peak requirement for them now.

304/324 were due to go off-lease at the end of October, I don't know whether they did. There's been a notable uptick in 720 diagrams on Clacton to London services over the last few weeks. The 4 trains my wife and I use for our separate commutes were Renatus diagrams at the end of October, all 4 are now 720s.

According to my contacts, 301, 304 and 324 went off-lease wef 1/11/22. My information is that these have since been joined by 303, 317, 325 and 330, so that's seven of them. 306 (at Wolverton since May) and 321 (out of service at at IL since August) can effectively be added.

Saw at Clacton last week. However was parked way down the siding at the bottom. Only viable from zoom in camera but at motion from train entering the station. Personally I think that one will be out of reach in Sidings.
However last week some 321s was stabled in Sidings next to platform 4.
But was blocked in by a 10 car 720 in platform 4.

What about the one that had a pantograph issue a while back? Did that re-enter service? Sorry I can't remember which unit it was

If you still need confirmation on these units I can confirm these sets are currently stored at Worksop after a site visit in late November:

406, 409, 423, 424, 426, 432, 433, 434, 436, 440, 441.

While speaking to a member of staff there the plan at the time was apparently to start scrap moves early next year as leasing opportunities have dried up (the 600 project is just about dead in the water by this point, and I believe these were ring-fenced for this.)

Hope this is of interest.

Apart from 321301-330 with GA in service or just going off lease but still at GA locations, my records have the following still stored:
  • Doncaster Wabtec: 71959
  • Kilmarnock: 71949, 71952
  • Lackenby: parts of 437 & 448 namely 63131, 71990, 78130, 78279 and 78306
  • Long Marston: 334, plus trailers 71960, 71964 and 71965
  • Gascoigne Wood: 402, 431, 439, 443, 444
  • Unknown location: 63104, 71951, 71968, 72017
