so the first sift is done hence the rejections if we’re still waiting what do you lot think will determine the second sift?? Or are all of us remaining gonna get to the next round?

Morning people, was wondering if anyone has been through the DTM interview in the past with XC and could tell me what questions they ask? I know of a few people who have already been told they were unsuccessful after taking the acquisition test. So I'm assuming that will be the next stage?

Nothing as of yet, I'm assuming they're now in the stage of actually going through the CV's etc

Really don't see the point of second guessing the next stage and when we'll hear, how many they'll take for each depo etc.
Also please don't ask for previous interview questions. In the past I've done a video interview and someone posted the questions on here thinking they were being helpful. This obviously puts you at a disadvantage and recruitment teams monitor this forum. On that occasion they put a post on here that they were disappointed the questions had been leaked and I believe everyone that did their interview after the leak didn't get through, myself included.
There's plenty of example questions on the forum already

I have applied for this position and like many on here are awaiting results of the RAAT test. I have also already passed the assessment centres last year with WMT. Bit of a random one but it is my wife's 40th birthday first week in may and we were planning on going away for a week however I'm reluctant to book anything in case things progress quicker than expected. I have emailed Cross directly and awaiting reply however does anyone have an idea when this course is likely to commence assuming we were to be successful? I'm also conscious that as you cannot take any leave during the initial classroom training it would be nice to get a break in before hand.

This is one of them things no one I’ll be able to give you a definitive answer about. I have actually ready somewhere on last year’s thread for XC that it indeed started in May but I don’t know when in May.
It’s good that you’ve emailed them but they might simply not reply as I imagine they’re really busy looking through the applications as no one seems to have had a successful email yet, I would many expect one until kind of next week-ish, but as I said no one truly knows the answer.
There are 4 courses running so it depends which depot and which course that depot’s vacancy is allocated to. There are different start dates for each course.

There were 4 courses last year, the same as this year. They are staggered start dates.

Would CrossCountry contact us about interviews via phone or email but also how long do they take to get back if your successful or not after the interview and how long do they take to organise the assessments then how long do they take to get back if you passed or failed?

They have been posting consistently through the thread tbf. They've also already passed their psychometrics so likely a quicker decision for the recruitment team to make.
Could also be depot dependant. Another poster earlier in the thread said the first course was mainly for Birmingham trainees, so they are possibly going through folks who applied for there first.
