It’s not being done in order of dates passed or by depot or by score… it’s either completely random or maybe alphabetically. The managers at each depot just discuss when they’re free to do the interviews and then send out emails accordingly from whoever is in the pool that has passed their CBI and are applying for that depot.
People who only passed this year have been put ahead of people that have passed last year. Different depots started sending out a few at different times. There’s no set order unfortunately. When they get to you they get to you. It’s luck of the draw

Just found out that I passed the dmi and I’m in the talent pool. Absolutely made up!
Same. Email says we won’t hear now until all interviews are finished.

I think it's 6 months for Avanti but not sure about other toc's
There were DMI’s for Liverpool last week. Not sure how many they’re doing

Just had an email back from Avanti who have said I should be able to get Feedback in a few weeks time
Did you email them asking for the feedback? In my email says they can’t provide feedback, which is annoying after so many stages they can’t give any feedback.

It said they cant provide feedback at this time so I emailed back and asked when it would be possible after 4 months of tests etc including travelling distances to attend the tests and that it would be useful to know.
They emailed me back to suggest waiting a few weeks by which time they can liase with the Managers to get the feedback
