Perhaps an extended termination at OOC will spur TfL (and any sponsor with alternative funding and borrowing arrangements to HS2) to deliver an expanded connectivity solution there than would otherwise have been built?
I'm not necessarily referring to new rail stations per se, but possibly improved walking routes to possible OSIs like North Acton, East Acton, and Willesden Junction, or improvements to local buses
