we should soon see 37218 in ROG livery as 218 is now on long term lease to ROG.
If either of 069 and 423 are leased to ROG the livery will be applied to them as well. 407 will retain its BR blue livery for now and is also on long term lease to ROG.
Um 37218/407 are on a long term lease to ROG.

Europhoenix now have an operating licence and known as Europhoenix Rail Services so no doubt you will see 218/407/423 out and about for ERS (not to be confused with Eastern Rail Services).

What do Europhoenix plan to do with their operating license?

Not sure whether Europhoenix should have a thread of their own as they now hold a fright operator licence, anyway, here is yesterdays updated list from WNXX regarding their Class 37 fleet

069 at Leicester LIP awaiting wheelsets
218 at Leicester LIP awaiting mainline tests
407 at Crewe Coal Yard awaiting release from DRS
423 at Leicester LIP awaiting mainline tests
510/601/608/611/800/884 on hire to ROG
901 at Derby RTC available for hire

An update on 37901 as WNXX report that it has been painted into **'Freight Grey'** at Loughborough, 'it has cast BR arrows at one end and the Europhoenix logo has been cast into the BR sector style depot plate', no date for its photographic debut as yet

** Railfreight Metals has been reported

37901 worked Loughborough to Derby Railway Technical Centre this afternoon, arriving into Derby about 14.50.

218 at Derby R.T.C and mainline operational with europhoenix
407 at Derby R.T.C and mainline operational with europhoenix
423 at Leicester LIP awaiting mainline tests
Update on the new europhoenix 37s:
069 awaiting mainline testing
218 operational
407 operational
423 attempted a test run but failed

423 completed test run (will be operational with ROG/europhoenix soon)
I believe 37423 failed on its test run and was sent elsewhere for repairs

Anyone know the status of the ex DRS machines at Barrow Hill?

I understand 37422 and 425 are getting developments and have to be available for the RHTT season - I just need to know when they will be released operational.

It appears 37419/424/612 are sat at Barrow Hill awating developments (37612 needs an overhaul)

Not sure how 37716 is doing but probably won't be ready for a while yet.

Why do you 'need to know' this? If they are being worked on in time for the RHTT season as you claim they may well not be back in traffic until late September / early October.

At the time i updated the list I was not aware that 37423 had failed, I will update the list. Do you know when 37423 will be sent back to Leicester to have another attempt at a test run?
I believe 37423 failed with a brake fault. I think it was pulled in somewhere on route and I am unsure if it got back to Leicester or if it has been placed elsewhere.

I don't know when 423 will run again but 069 might be first?

A couple of updates:
37401 is serviceable and is at Eastleigh receiving a repaint into Scotrail livery (same as 409)

37425 has completed a 'Full load test' at Barrow Hill shown here
