2K11 Euston - Milton Keynes? On an Avanti service sat at Euston waiting to leave, and it's been reported a train has failed outside Euston which is why departures are being held at the moment.
Seems 2D76 has been changed to say a problem under investigation now.2D76 is showing as cancelled due to a fault on this train, 2K11 cancelled due to a fault on a train in front of this one.
A branch of a tree?2K11 branch in pantograph well causing OLE trippings
The delay reason is set to that, cancel reason still says fault on this train. It was delayed for 23 minutes before being cancelled.Seems 2D76 has been changed to say a problem under investigation now.
CorrectA branch of a tree?
There was a power cut earlier today, when I arrived on 1A44 the station was exit only, with no tube trains stopping either.Does anyone know what's happening? Because there's currently no screens or announcements. Photos attached show indoor and outdoor departures screens switched off. Some of the lights are switched off too.
Have you asked a member of station staff. Who will be better placed to answer than a forum!Does anyone know what's happening? Because there's currently no screens or announcements. Photos attached show indoor and outdoor departures screens switched off. Some of the lights are switched off too.
I believe if you look at the first photo you can see the several hundred people between where I was able to stand and the information desk.Have you asked a member of station staff. Who will be better placed to answer than a forum!

We’re investigating a fault with our power supply at Euston
This is affecting some lighting & departure screens on the concourse, as well as some of our shops
Train services are still running
you obviously don't know what it is like to be "on the outside" during something like this, good luck finding someone on the front-line who a) actually knows anything useful or up-to-date and b) can cope with the deluge of questions coming at them...Station staff still will be better place to ask that writing on a forum!

It's a link to a departure board which shows what the main board should show including actual allocated platforms. Combine that with Realtime Trains and you should be able to work out what is going on.
