Do Northern or Trans Pennine Express ever recruit qualified drivers ?

Do Northern or Trans Pennine Express ever recruit qualified drivers ?

I’m fairly certain both do. Only recently seen an advert for TPE at Newcastle, then Northern had an advert up a couple of month ago also

Yes, NORTHERN did a recruitment drive for Leeds, Liverpool and Newcastle earlier in the year. Its just the case of looking out as they come out of the blue then back to Trainees for a while

TPE is currently advertising for Liverpool depot and vacancies have recently closed for Preston and Newcastle respectively
