Ah, I'm a bus noob. I saw one on the 435/430 before it got taken out of service. It goes past my house so always keeping an eye out for them!
As is 6801, running the 480 today. This morning 6803 Metrobus Hydroliner double decker running in service on route 420 went past me.
Yes - it went past my house on a 460 on the way to EpsomAs is 6801, running the 480 today.
Are there not 4 ADL MMC 200s on hire which could be returned? With the influx of Double decker hydroliners & the batch of hydrogen for 100/430/435 due back soon, what vehicles are expected to leave the fleet if any? Have seen the following vehicles have been removed, 6957, 6949 & 6727
Yes, but guess the question is how quickly are the Single hydroliner returning, and how confident are they about hydrogen supply ...Are there not 4 ADL MMC 200s on hire which could be returned?
The hydrogen supply problems seem to have been fixed now for what it's worth.Yes, but guess the question is how quickly are the Single hydroliner returning, and how confident are they about hydrogen supply ...
The panel at the bottom of that yellow and green v, has 5 colours on it. Let's hope they have a few spare..Pic of 6803 captured at Sutton Station earlier today:

Bristol, Edinburgh and London spring to mind....I don’t think it’s been mentioned but since the beginning of February Crawley now has probably the best night bus network in the UK with 7 routes. I know Gatwick is nearby but even so is the demand really there?
After London, Edinburgh, Nottingham and Brighton, probably.I don’t think it’s been mentioned but since the beginning of February Crawley now has probably the best night bus network in the UK with 7 routes. I know Gatwick is nearby but even so is the demand really there?
I’d argue that Crawley has a better night network now than even London, nowhere in Crawley are you now more than a 30 minute walk from the nearest night bus stop, in the outer boroughs you can be miles away from a night bus route.Bristol, Edinburgh and London spring to mind....
Crawley is relatively small but for a provincial town, that network is very good, thanks to Gatwick.I’d argue that Crawley has a better night network now than even London, nowhere in Crawley are you now more than a 30 minute walk from the nearest night bus stop, in the outer boroughs you can be miles away from a night bus route.
Seems to be in service today though unless that is a different bus tracking as 6939.The last metrobus omnidekka (6939) has been withdrawn according to bustimes, a shame really and will be a lost to people Crawley growing up with them. https://bustimes.org/vehicles/metr-6939
Nope definitely is 6939 spotted by a friend.Seems to be in service today though unless that is a different bus tracking as 6939.
Crawley has it so good and buses are well utilised. I have boarded buses in and around the airport area throughout the night (between 2 and 4am specifically) and often you may not even get a seat! Waiting for the day that Route 100 will see a slightly improved timetable overnight though as there is a 2 hour gap! Would be very interesting to see the utilisation of 3/4/5 now overnight though.I’d argue that Crawley has a better night network now than even London, nowhere in Crawley are you now more than a 30 minute walk from the nearest night bus stop, in the outer boroughs you can be miles away from a night bus route.
No, it's due a re trim they made an errorDoes anyone know if 6013 is heading over to Brighton? Just been on it and the all seats are in the new B&H scheme
For routes 18, 24/26 & 25 afaik also for work during high wind days on longer routes such as coasters, regencys & BreezersWhat are the balance of 6003-6008 transferring for?
