Hello Klambert, my main picture of the Slam Door EMU was taken at Farncombe on the Portsmouth Direct, the DEMU was taken I think the London side of Haslemere. Thanks for the message

No, that is absolute complete and utter s*ite! The Class 117s when they were in service rarely ran in multiple, only time I did see them run in multiple was on one particular service (Paddington -to- Reading services), but us in the 3rd rail territory saw it as a regular thing including 'Thumpers' (Class 205, 207, 201), so therefore 'Thumpers' would be better in normal service than a Class 117, as we could take more passengers!
117s are an absolute pile of s*it compared to the supreme 'Thumpers' which are more powerful, much more handsome, and all together brilliant units and better clag & thrash sounds!
