The online tests seem to happen quite quickly. It's when the hiring managers and HR start the sifting of applicants that's when it really slows down though. Good luck though
It will take a couple of months in all honesty. You have to remember there will be atleast 100 applicants for any operative job. I had an interview last Friday that I applied for in March so be patient and do as much research as possible. Good luck
Hi everyone. I've just had my interview for a track maintenance operative and got told I done really well by the interviewers. Who decides if I get the position now? Is the guys in the room with me or HR? and what is the usual waiting time to find out if I get the job. Many thanks
