It could mean an interview but not guaranteed. Wait for the interview email before you get too excited

Hello mate. Make sure you know your non technical skills, have examples of when you worked in a team and dealt with a difficult colleague. Don't rush when answering the questions and always answer them with safety as the main priority. Good luck. If you need any more info feel free to DM me

The online tests seem to happen quite quickly. It's when the hiring managers and HR start the sifting of applicants that's when it really slows down though. Good luck though

It will take a couple of months in all honesty. You have to remember there will be atleast 100 applicants for any operative job. I had an interview last Friday that I applied for in March so be patient and do as much research as possible. Good luck

Thank you. To my knowledge, different TOC's have different procedures re interviews and hiring during this pandemic. Hang in there, patience is key unfortunately.
