I seen on my NWR careers portal invite to assessment 2 pending never seen this before anybody know what this means ?

I presume yesterday or today, it’s the first time it has ever said that when I have applied for NWR roles, the role is for signalling, many thanks for your reply

It could mean an interview but not guaranteed. Wait for the interview email before you get too excited
