Thanks all. I suspected it was a specific decision not to offer them but SJ customer service repeatedly telling me to just add the pass made me want to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong!

I've been planning a holiday to Northern Sweden on the night train from Stockholm to Narvik/Lulea. I've been able to book most trains in Sweden using a 1st class interrail pass on the SJ website, but struggled on the Norrtag services. Firstly it turns out the carriages with first class cabins...

I'm not sure if I've missed this above but just seen a 345 in sidings just beyond Maidenhead. Have they ventured out this far before?
