Just seen your post about the GWR interview, congratulations. Are you a qualified driver? May I ask wht depot it is for as the interview I had was for a qualified drivers role at Exeter. The questions they ask you from what I remember are:
1. Why are you applying?
2. What do you know about GWR
3. What routes and traction do you sign
4. If you had an incident, what steps would you take to prevent it happening again
5. (Depending on what depot your applying for) how would you prevent youself from coming destracted by passengers sat behind you (old stock design meant they wernt build very solidly class 143 for example)
6. What measures would you put in place to ensure you get to work on time
7. What is your notice period in your current role
8. If GWR required it would you be flexible to work on your days off?
Thats all I can remember at the moment, if I think of any more ill forward them onto you.
