That would be even more abstractive. Lumo is less so because its longer serves a different set of stops to Avanti and could serve a market under served such as Newcastle to Glasgow.
I can see 10 cars being needed in the future due to high demand but two hourly might not happen due to capacity issues north of York and Newcastle to Edinburgh

None as far as I am aware, any are anywhere near the end of the lease. Given it is due to start in the second half of 2025 it can’t be new builds surely?

Given the Budget is set for March 6 then its very likely the election is actually May which is now the rumour. Legally we cannot have it until december 2025 thats illegal.
