Stupid system we seem to have

This is something that we differ with we email rosters asking for a day off and then each week we get emailed a leave diary showing if we have that day or not we also can see how many others are off on that day so it gives you some idea if you're going to get it

You book your leave with rosters, 1 week in the first 4 months 2 weeks in the next 4 months and 1 week in the last 4 months of the year the rest you book when you need them

And you're only 39

The way I understand it is that you always claim to be rushed off your feet but when things such as Christmas comes you will have time to do 3 weeks rosters at one go but still not have time in them 3 weeks for anything else

How do they treat it ?

To have it in both hips must be terrible especially at night. What do you think her doctor should do mine has said it can be drained or removed but the success rate isn't good so the NHS won't do it

I've got bursitis in my hip and have had 3 steroid injections which haven't really worked I've also had physio and that also didn't work. Has anyone else got the same and how was it treated?

Just off the top of my head with boxes you have Brigg, Kirton lime sidings,, Scunthorpe and I think Beckingham, Goxhill as well as a few grade 1s

According to national grid at 1755 today coal was producing 3.8% of our power
