I think that part of the track was reinstated sometime in the 2000, initially to help with the wcml upgrade, are you saying it was relaid more recently, if so do you know why

Im trying to find out the following. Between 1993 and approx. 2000 the line between Bletchley and swanborne sidings was shut. Would any maintenance or repairs have taken place on the line during that period.
After 2000 they reinstated the line. Would you know what work was carried out and how. i.e. did all the vehicle's, workers and materials come over the viaduct
