Hello
Please forgive my unexpected approach, I spotted you, describing yourself in your signature as a driver under training, so you sound like an excellent person to pick the brains of !
I'm Ian, I recently went through all the driver assessment tests and CBI and am hoping to get a date for the final interview soon, the one I believe is the Driver manager interview.
My CBI interviewer, when asked for tips suggested stick to same kind of replies I'd given for CBI, making it sound like pretty much a repeat of the CBI.
I expect questions too on why I want to drive, what do I know about the company (I'm internal anyway btw) etc.
But...Any tips please? If I hone my CBI replies, bone up on routes and traction types, stats etc, will that cover me? Any other surprises I might get?
I'd be very grateful for your thoughts.
Anyway, how is the training going? I replied Reading/Oxford, where are you headed? When did you start?
Nosey eh?
Many thanks
Ian
