To refuse someone who’s paid a fare that costs more than what SP asks for certainly wouldn’t look good. I suppose time will tell what happens in that instance.
I’m not sure if there are other toilets on the unit, as I’m not overly familiar with the 185s. If there aren’t, then it’s convenient for first class to be near the accessible toilet.

It’s a shame the wheelchair area couldn’t be rethought, although I appreciate this is just a refresh. During my one experience, I felt so segregated from the rest of the train and its passengers.
Is there any sign of ramps being installed at stations for the 197s? As it stands, some stations don’t have them and the guard has to assemble the two-part ramp themselves. The two parts of said ramp are stored in different parts of the carriage, which is sometimes causing delays.
